The Redfin Partner Program is a referral program that enables experienced, successful, and customer-service-focused agents to work with Redfin and Rocket customers. Our referral connection tool prioritizes agents that have a proven record of a higher rate of successfully helping customers close real estate transactions. Partner Agents are offered to our customers when Redfin Agents are experiencing exceptionally high customer demand or if a home is outside our direct service area. Partner Agents are held to Redfin’s high standards and values to ensure that customers have an excellent home-buying or selling experience.
What You Can Expect from the Partner Program
World Class Support & Customer Service
- Partner Onboarding Specialists will guide you through the simple 4-step onboarding process to build your public profile and set you up for success to receive your first customer request
- A Partner Account Manager will be your primary point of contact after we activate your account. They will help you with your assigned customers, your metrics, and any support during closing. They will also assist with profile management.
- Customer Advisors will ensure that you get connected to our referral customers in a timely and efficient manner. They are available 7 days a week to assist you
What We Expect from Partner Agents
- Respond to program related outreach from your Partner Account Manager within 24 hours
- Respond to referral request texts quickly - the faster, the better
- Pausing of your Partner profile when unavailable to accept new referral requests
- Updating your Customer List every 7 days

Accurate Reporting of Closings with Referral Customers
- Update Redfin on any mutually accepted contracts with a Referral Customer within 48 hours

Update Redfin on any closings with a Referral Customer within 48 hours of close date.
- The Referral Fee is due to Redfin, within fifteen (15) calendar days of the consummation of a purchase or sale transaction covered by your partner referral agreement.
- Proof of Commission documents are required to upload
Once we activate your Partner profile you will be introduced to your Partner Account Manager who will provide you with supplemental information regarding Partner Program Performance Standards and who will officially welcome you to the Partner Program!
