For Team Leaders and Team Admins joining the Partner Program.
Shared Performance and Tools
As a Team Leader or Team Administrator, you are responsible for overseeing your team’s performance and key metrics within the Partner Program.
Your team will share a Customer List Dashboard, and each team member will log in using their own credentials. Team members will only be able to view the customers assigned to them by the Team Leader or Team Administrator.
Team Leaders and Team Administrators have visibility into the entire team’s customer list, allowing them to monitor activity and ensure ongoing compliance with program requirements.
Customer List updates must be done at least every 7 days. Team members can update the statuses of their assigned customers or a team leader/team admin can update Customer List statuses for the entire team.
Receiving Referral Requests as a Team
Each member of the team can be selected as eligible to receive referral request text messages. These settings can be updated at any time within the dashboard. If a team leader or team admin accepts a request, it will automatically populate into the team’s shared dashboard as assigned to the team leader unless otherwise re-assigned to a team member.
If a team member accepts a referral request text, it will automatically assign to the respective team member within the Customer List dashboard.
If a team member is selected to receive referral requests, they may pause themselves within the referral text flow as needed. Pausing an individual team member will not pause referral requests for the entire team.
Team Administrator vs Team Leader Designations
Team administrators can choose to be the point of contact for receiving and assigning referrals to the rest of the team. An important distinction within our program is that team administrators can accept referrals, but they cannot have customers assigned to them.
